We use Australia Post to deliver all your goodies, and every order comes with a tracking number — because let’s be honest, it’s way more fun to watch your parcel travel across the land like a tiny treasure map! 🗺️

You’ll get a confirmation email once your order is packed and ready to leave our little forest studio, complete with your tracking link so you can follow the journey.

⏱️ When Will My Creatures Arrive?

We know you're excited (we are too!), so we do our best to get your order on the road within 2–3 business days. If there’s ever a hiccup or a delay, we’ll let you know right away.

• Standard shipping (Australia-wide): Usually 2–7 business days

• Express shipping: Available at checkout if you just can’t wait to meet your new friends!

• Australia: We currently ship Australia-wide.

• International Orders: While our main focus is within Australia, we’re happy to ship internationally upon request!
