Refunds & Returns

At Fantasy Forest 3D, each item is made with care, and many are custom or made-to-order — which means:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or order adjustments.

  • Custom items, sale items, and gift cards are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want you to be thrilled with your order! If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@fantasyforest3d.com within 7 days of delivery so we can help make it right.

Please include:

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of the item and packaging if applicable

  • Your order number

We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it — whether that’s a replacement, credit, or refund.

Local Market Purchases

Items purchased in person at markets, expos, or pop-up events are also considered final sale. We recommend inspecting your items before leaving the stall — we’re always happy to help double-check your selections on the spot!

If you discover a fault with your item after the event, please reach out within 7 days, and we’ll do our best to help.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction — this can vary depending on your provider.
